What exactly is a Curb Caddie?

On your scheduled trash service company pickup day, we roll your trash cans from the property to the curb before the truck arrives — then bring them back after collection We sync to your local pickup schedule so you never have to think about it again.

How does the firewood delivery work?

We deliver a campfire-sized bundle of seasoned hardwood and stack it at your fire pit or outdoor storage area before your guests check in. It's enough wood for a great evening around the fire. We send you a photo confirmation once it's placed.

What's the difference between Basic and Premium Curb Caddie?

Basic covers 1 curb trips per week with up to 2 cans — upto 60feet. Premium covers 2 trips per week with up to 4 cans, includes driveway service up to 100ft. Premium subscribers also get a discounted rate on any on-demand orders. For driveways over 100ft, please contact us for a custom pricing model.

What is the Comfort Combo vs. the Coci Combo?

The Comfort Combo bundles the Basic Curb Caddie + 1 firewood delivery + 1 propane swap per month for $119 — saving you $50 vs. booking each separately. The Coci Combo upgrades to Premium Curb Caddie + 2 firewood deliveries + 2 propane swaps per month for $209, saving $110/mo. Both include priority scheduling around guest check-ins.

What is an on-demand service?

On-demand services are one-time, no-subscription bookings. Need a firewood bundle before a specific guest arrival? A single propane swap this weekend? Book it individually without committing to a monthly plan. You can add on-demand services at checkout alongside any subscription plan.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel on demand — no 30-day notice, no penalties. Quarterly billing saves you ~20% and gives us route predictability, but you can still cancel before the next quarter bills.

How do I know the service was completed?

Every curb trip and every delivery comes with a timestamped photo sent directly to your phone or email. You get confirmation after the cans go out, again after they come back, and after every firewood or propane delivery. No guessing, ever.

Do you serve multiple properties?

Yes. We work with hosts who have one property or twenty. Each property gets its own subscription and schedule. Multi-property hosts can manage everything under one account with one monthly invoice per property or a consolidated bill — just let us know your setup when you sign up.

What areas do you serve?

We're actively expanding our service area. When you sign up, we'll confirm whether we currently cover your zip code. If we're not in your area yet, we'll add you to our waitlist and notify you the moment we launch nearby.

What happens if my trash truck doesn't come?

If the truck doesn't come (holidays, delays, weather), you can let us know. We'll return the cans to the property and retry on the next scheduled pickup. You won't be charged for the missed trip,.
